yourAudi - Track New Car Order

Just emailed my dealer and asked for them to match a quote I got from Orangewheels. They said I would be collecting my car on 1st March - didn't happen. They said they would definitely supply my car before the new tax laws - will not happen. They said to email with any questions - emails have been ignored. Oxford Audi has been very poor after receiving order confirmation and I do not recommend them.

Me and a buddy ordered 2 S3s together, we were promised the same thing as his eyes lit up with commision. No march delivery and emails get ignored. Once they get that sign on the dotted line...
 
Anyone here with matrix LEDs that can do a little video of front and back and with the dynamic indicators please?

Does anyone know if Audi's are shipped together with other VAG products? Awaiting shipping to Sheerness and the City of Oslo will set sail this evening.

Were you specifically told sheerness or assuming due to location of dealer.
Wondering as there was one that left for Grimsby last night due to arrive today.
 
For anyone that's car has left port of exit:
When the car boards the ship, does the tracker update at midnight or at the time the car gets on the ship?
City of Oslo has left but my tracker hasn't updated, if it updates at midnight I have some hope of getting it before the tax increases...

I checked yesterday with Audi through Facebook Messenger and the car is bound for Sheerness.

Sorry. Can't help you there. My tracker never went beyond "welcome to Ingolstadt" and now its not even showing any information.

Updates a 1am ish UK time once it is on the ship.

How long after it left the factory did you get on a boat? Couple of us have been waiting 10 days now to get a boat after leaving factory, in actual fact we've no confirmation of it even arriving in Emden yet.
 
Is that going by the tracker or Audi CS Sam?

The tracker had mine at sitting in the port when in fact it was on a ship, same again with saying it was on a ship when it was sat in the UK!

It was 10 days after leaving the factory when it finally got on the boat. After that everything went really quickly. The sticking point was the wait at Emden.

Good news for us @well_cool @Steelster going on Tim's words hopefully we're the same. Thanks Tim. Maybe some movement tonight or tomorrow.

I wanted to see how the Matrix LEDs are different to standard. So If you can make a video when you get your car next week (if thats why you said next week) then that would be awesome. Thanks.

Matrix LEDs have front dynamic indicators and the lights movement independently. ie when you're following a car in the dark, most portion of your lights are directed off the car in front and to the side of the road etc.

Morning gents, new to this. Just ordered my new S3 10 days ago, what is the 'average' build time? start to finish.

tried logging in to the tracker but nothing on there at the moment.

No major mods tech pack, puddle lights, in navarra blue.

Cant wait for it to arrive already
