Audi instrumental cluster fault no immo/key not detecting batter drain and not remote locking.

Please can someone help alarms going of hazards battery drain, no lights on the numbers on instrument cluster no signal indications working on the dash, key not syncing using method. Lights on the climate control on after switching car off causing it to drain the battery. I think I hurt the cluster I accidently for a second connected to negative before the positive can this be possible?

Yes you probably ****** the cluster, & the Central Convenience Module. Diagnostic with VCDS/Vagcom should reveal the issues.

Yes I am getting fault codes 01317 j285 and 00474. It was interment before. I think the ccm is OK because the lights are working no funny business in the interior lights or windows. What do I do. Just solder the cluster maybe?

Before it was interment the signal indications on the dash weren't lighting up. The signals are fine on the outside. Now they are fully gone along with the key not working and the climate control unit lights staying on. I keep getting codes in the dashboard and ccm setting on a xtool 401. I don't know if it's the ccm or the cluster itself. I know I had a bad battery kept using jump cables until the new battery installed and now fully gone. Thanks for replying

As I asked, what exactly did you do, as in with the cables as you've not really been specific, what did you connect wrong.

Sorry mate so I connected the black terminal for a split second first then realised and took it off straight away. yes it sparked. Then connected the right way, started the car was fine. Until the night realised the climate light is on and it's draining battery. Along with the car alarm.so I left it unlocked. the next day battery was dead I had to jump start. New battery BTW. Then from there the same problem as mentioned. I have to keep disconnecting the battery so it doesn't die. And to pull the red cable in the trunk to release the fuel cap lol.

Problems: key not syncing. changed batteries,Can't use remote. The cluster lights and signals not Lighting, only the needles and time/mileage are Lit. The heater/climate control unit lights on after switching car off. Alarms going off. With hazards until its unlocked. Everything else is fine.

for your information it can not get advise,recommend you ask a automobile locksmith to solve it.
