AC not working on retrofit climatronic unit

Hello people I need some help,
I did some modification on my a3 2005. From a3 2012 I got complete 2 din console with rns-e and climatronic. When I installed all parts I realised that climatronic is working properly but when AC button is on, there is a problem. You can hear that air condition is working but there is no air blowing into cabin. Why is that happening and can that be solved?

From what I’ve read the way the flaps are between the facelift and pre-facelift cars is different. I was looking at fitting a facelift panel into my S3 and read about the difference.

Can I replace those flaps?

Ooo mines a 2008 57 plate. Maybe I have the facelift setup
