In all seriousness, in general what is the handling like on A4.
I have a Technik and I've never been impressed with the handling. I came from a 2004 Mazda 6 and I feel that car handles noticabliy better than my A4.

I particularly notice it on slow sharp corners.

I doubt it is my tyres as previously I had Michelin tyres and now I have Dunlop Sport and the handling is what I would call sub par.

Would you say there's something wrong with my car in gerneral is an A4 not the greatest handling car?

Bigger rear ARB and a strut brace will help immensely

My A4 Technik is a quattro. The Audi quattro design has a very long transmission meaning the engine has to sit very far forward. I think that adversely affects the handling of mine.

As above the A4 isn't a great handling car especially the non sporty versions. You can make a cheap strut bar for the front if you are a little bit handy and this does make a noticeable difference . Or just buy one but you are spending a lot more money.

Thicker rear ARB certainly helps.
The Bilstein B12 suspension set up is also very good and makes the basis for a much better handling car. German Ebay seems to be the cheapest place to find these.

Audi made a lot of changes with the B8 to try and move some of the weight back in the car. They adopted a novel approach by essentially moving the driveshafts in front of the clutch module. You can see more on this in SSP409, Page 25.

Thanks for the replies.

I just wanted to check to ensure its not something wrong with my car. I suppose that I presumed an Audi A4 would be better everywhere over my previous Mazda 6. I must say that everywhere else it is better, just not handling.

Its a family car which is going to get used until its uneconomically viable to keep on the road, its not something that I want to spend several hundred to get a slight improvement.

My A4 B8 s line Avant feels pretty heavy on the corners like you have to fight it to turn.

My old B8 handled good but found it a little sloppy on some bends, moved into a B8.5 and this handles far better and more comfortable on rougher roads both cars had and have Sline suspension.
