A3 3.2 V6 SOFTWARE UPDATE

Hi guys,

So I’ve recently bought a 54 plate Audi A3 3.2 and it’s amazing. I read a few things on here which suggested the ecu may be problematic so I messaged Audi and requested the update. They tried to charge me £60 for a diagnostics to which I said I already had this done (I hadn’t). My question is that even if I don’t have the issue and I chose to update would this affect the car? And also any DIY ways to check? Thanks

I highly recommend DJAlix as he did the update on mine many moons ago now.

Keep them 3.2's on the road.
