Service history online?

I read here sometime ago that if you log in online to your account at 'My Audi' that you can view your car's service history? I've logged in and added my car to my account but all I can see are tabs to book a service, MOT, buy accessories etc. Am I doing something wrong or is your cars' service history no longer view-able?

Same here mate. When I had my Honda Type R you could check on their site for all recalls to, not just the safety recalls on the government site.
So not the best support from Audi.

Try this from the myAudi portal:
Select Menu>Service>Maintenance>Service Schedule>Display All Entries.
Works for me regarding service records, but NOT repair visits!

Thanks for that, I logged in with the cards VIN and found the service history from Lincoln Audi who serviced the car prior to my ownership. But strangely, the service done since by Cheshire Oaks Audi though appearing on the paper service history certificate isn't recorded online? Any idea why?

Got my local indy garage to service my s tronic gearbox, I was amazed to see it appear on my online service history! I later found out they pay to use the service.

I just read about this recently - never knew it was a thing but it does seem Indy’s can do this, which is great.

I have the same with Hitchin Audi - nothing they’ve done appears in myaudi. I contacted Audi and asked them to talk to hitchin and the reply they got was “we can’t due to data protection”, which was obviously a load of crap.

Having been able to do this in the (recent) past I now find that this no longer lets me access my service record! Anyone else tried this lately? I know that there is a Beta version also running, but I've no luck finding service records on it either.

My Audi has full Audi service history but cannot see anything online.

I've just droppped my car off at my local indie for the following:

• engine oil and filter change
• DSG oil & filter change
• fit new Forge Motorsport intake pipe; and
• MOT.

They've told me they'll enter the first two onto the Audi online service history system, so they obviously have the same access that @Andyman44 mentioned in post 9 above. Meanwhile, I've tried registering on the My Audi portal, and can't find anything of my car's service history on there.

Bought genuine audi service book got it stamped from them

Audi service history check from official source only (official AUDI dealership)

I also used the free audi portal (erwin) but it does not contain any information, it rarely contains anything and it is useless. Someone on the forum recommended me a site where I found exactly what I was looking for. Full digital vehicle report, contains all data from the dealership. It is the only site where you can find the 100% detailed report, contains all details about the car.
What I like is that they have service history from the dealership for any brand.

Try it, maybe it will help you!

Make sure you keep the service receipts which shows part number, quantities, etc.
I would not trust just a stamp in a book.
