Voodoo.......or.......Nogaro

Had a bit of contemplating on holiday...to which colour l should really settle for,l have ordered Voodoo Blue as most know....stunning colour really Vibrant and in yer face....bit like me in a good mood....lol,its also very very rare...as its new to Audi...but its a flat paint....errr....But Noggy Blue....is bugging me something aweful,its a Pearlescent paint ...ie but its not as 3 dimensional as Sepang or Daytona..but its still got a bit of sparkle that l like in a paint colour....as most regulars on here know l am daft on paint colours.....but Nogaro is quite common...lol in Audi cars...what do ya think guys...

Mmmmm ...... Noggy is classic Audi mate every who’s a fan will instantly recognise it as there’s proper heritage there.

Voodoo is much more in yer face wow factor and looks stunning but 2k for a flat paint .......

Love the voodoo mate...but I just couldn't live with a flat paint.....I'll be honest..I probably wouldn't go for nogaro either...yes I know I'm no help lol

Personally your paying enough for an exclusive colour, and then it will be flat, kinda of feels a cop out by Audi when it is pearl effect on the Porsche.

But, on the other hand Nogaro is a classic Audi colour, and that originally was a Flat colour, and they have made that a pearl now.

Go figure.

I do like the flat effect, but have never had non-metallic / pearl colour for 20 years now, so i would be undecided too.

I can't add much more than what has been said before - all good comments.....other than, for me, Nogaro seems to look best on the older Audi RS4's (B5?)....and putting it on a modern Audi just seems like its trying to be "retro".....and yes its a Classic colour as Rob said....but I think its a bit like British Racing Green....its great, but there was a time and place for it where it looks better....so maybe Voodoo is the new Noggy? Or maybe you should just get the sparkle you are really looking for in another colour if thats your main thing (as I know how you love to keep it clean). Hope that helps....*** no sleepless nights on yer hols bud....relax and take some comfort in the beautiful blue ocean before you....oh s41t foregt that advice...avoid green beans....drink lots of beer....

Yeah l think Audi have changed Porsche Voodoo blue to a metallic paint mate, as l know it's definitely a flat paint on a Porsche

This photo tells me it's metallic???? A flat paint doesn't change colour l think lol

Nogaro is classic Audi, voodoo is more contemporary IMO. I see the dilemma but it's Voodoo for mine just a bit more special.

Flat or not it looks amazing and is ultra unique on an Audi.

On that RS7 it looks stunning so you have nothing to worry about.

How you getting on with Sepang, l have found it a awesome colour but it's terrible for revealing stonechips.....

I'm sure we all have our own preferences but the little I know of you (from your posts) I think that "in your face" is probably more you? And you certainly don't want your shiny new S3 to be saddled with a flat do you?

Absolutely love my sepang buddy.....it's my favourite blue and my only choice for my replacement...I did look at others...even voodoo..but I felt like I would regret not getting my sepang..and so glad I did..

I'm gonna add my 2p and say Voodoo too! Nogaro is a fine colour but Voodoo has that little bit more exclusivity for me.

Either way @jassyo06 I am sure whatever you get there will always be that element of "What if?" simply because you have given yourself a dilemma now, but will have a crackin' coloured car anyway.
