Anybody else not able to see their full service record on the My Audi site?

Just spoke to Audi UK on the phone and they can see it, yet I can't!!!

Thanks

I checked mine a couple of weeks ago when i bought the car (11/2013my) - it shows just 1 service carried out but i have invoices for 1 service and 1 brake fluid change a year later - both at Audi but the fluid change isn't on the website?

Not even looked if I have service book with my 2016 S3. What the score if you use an indy for serviving?

Don't think an indy will be able to log the record on the Audi website -just make sure you keep the invoice as proof of service

I believe Audis don't come with service books these days - cost cutting?

You can only view them online if your vehicle uses the digital service schedule and does not have a traditional stamped service book

I used a indy garage who accessed the Audi Service database. I was charged extra £10 to access this but worth it.

I can see my two services. But the dealer should give you a printout to put in your service folder.
So I have two printouts (and all the invoices of course)

2 service records for me on myaudi.com but both read the basic "inspection with oil change". Additional services shows "dust & pollen filter". No sign of the brake fluid change but do have receipts for it. i asked the same question as you a few months ago but got no reply on this forum. guess its normal and the info shown on the myaudi.com website is basic and backed up by recipts which really defeats the purpose of it!

More like trying to force customers to use Audi for servicing.

Apologies for hijacking this thread, but can you tell me how much you paid for your brake fluid change, and was this the first change, as mine is due next month?

Also, did Audi check anything else during this work as, if not, I'm considering getting the fluid changed by an independent workshop?

Many thanks!

My local indy have logged it online on the Audi system and I'm just about to nip up there to pick up an old fashioned paper service book with a stamp in it :) I'm then heading over to the Audi dealership to get them to stamp the 1st service that they did ;)

No probs. I paid £59 which is the price stated on the Audi website for fixed priced servicing. My car was in for her 2nd service which luckily tied in to her 1st MOT, inspection & brake fluid change. Brake fluid was the first change its had, which is normal. 1st change at 3yrs old and then every 2yrs after that. I have read somewhere that air-con should be serviced too but the dealer didn't flag anything up.

This is handy:

Full details of mine on MyAudi.com, but not on MyAudi.co.uk.

No Audi connect here.

Yeah same. Think maybe the UK site got migrated to the .com site maybe as when I first got my car I swear I had everything on the UK site. Not a problem though. As long as it's somewhere central!

You need to click proceed or continue to site. its fine. just google going a bit mental! Just happened to me actually when i clicked the www.myaudi.com instead of the one i quoted above but i think its just becuase the site isnt saved as a preference or something.

Anybody having problems viewing their online digital service record at the moment? Mine's been missing for a couple of weeks ?

Whereabouts is it supposed to be on that site, don't see anything for mine.

It is because they are updating to a new website. Just be patient its not like the end of the world is coming zzzz

Two months downtime on one of the world's biggest car manufacturers sites? Poor play.

More than two, but certainly less than one year. But yep, feels like a lifetime...
