Glut/Solar Orange would show up a tad more me thinks as would the extra £2025 out of yer bank account, special paint yeah but a paint with more depth and appeal like a Exclusive pearl would be a whole lot less painful on yer bank account and easier to live With?

You certainly wouldn't regret it from a maintenance point of view. Sure, there's more eye-catching colours around but for me it just looks class!!

Just had a wee look out the window at mine which is 5 feet away on the drive and apart from the lower door areas and side skirt you'd think it's just been cleaned...................but it hasn't for 2 weeks!!

Gotta go with what you like you mate that's all that counts........others opinions are just that!!

Off the point now, saw a brand new Type R in Tesco this morning (some poxy promotional bull)..............oh dear, it really is awful. I don't know how to decribe the exterior but it just looks kinda plasticky!! Like a giant airfix model. I've no doubt it's got plenty going for it but the quality of the exterior is just horrendous!!

Took the gf away for the night last night and booked up just north of Oban at North Connel.

Did about 300 miles from outside Edinburgh there and then back via Glen Coe. Was worried about the weather with the storms but landed lucky just some hail showers and snow on the way there!

The A82/a84/a85 were all really clear of traffic with was a treat with some easy overtaking. In better weather they are too busy with Sunday drivers and troops of bikes (cycles)

With the exception of a little snow on the last stretch of the a85 (top pic) the main roads were really good.

We were going to go to glen etvie for a skyfall photo but the road was fairly snowy and I didnt fancy getting stuck on a Sunday night an hour before sundown! My appetite for snow depth is far higher around home than when properly in the middle of nowhere

Did the whole journey on a single tank with about 50miles of fuel (according to the computer to spare) with lots of cruising and enough pace at points for some smiles.
