I've been looking into trackers recently and would like a cat 7 tracker that uses VHF, but i was wondering if there were any systems out there that, once activated, would be able to photograph anyone driving the vehicle.. or any system with a pin hole camera that would photograph the driver.. seems to me that if your car was taken, subsequently recovered with no trace of the offender a photograph would be of substantial use to the police to apprehend them and im amazed i can't find any info on such a system. Does anyone know of something like this?

Getting the car back is obviously the priority, catching the person who did it as well so they can't do it again would be the best outcome.

interesting idea but it would be pricey i have a tracker with 24hr access on my 2013 8v and its £8 day to run gives everything bar a picture.

cost per vehicle in the fleet it averages out as, i will double check a sit maybe per week.

at 8 a day would be just under 3k a year
and on my tracker its a couple hundred a year and does everything live 24/7
