vehicle -> seats -> review your options. that's where my "driver seat entry assistance" is located. have the same option for my front passenger as well. could depend on your car, the trim line, etc... though.
In ODB11, this app/setting is called "easy entry". It kicks the seat almost all the way back, but not 100% which is fine because again, it's almost all the way back. Not sure you can adjust the distance via the MMI although in my 22' s6 there is the option to enable this feature. But no...
nah, registering your phone won't give you better signal. that's all directly from the phone to the cell towers. in the olden days, yes, IF you had an antenna cable connected to the phone. but that's 25 year old tech and not necessary any longer.
wireless charging is tricky because the phone...
here're some pics of my s6 with gloss black factory wheels and the aftermarket ones i dropped on recently (both sets are 21"). have the black optics package and the black badge package.
not only looks great, but i've received so many compliments and even folks telling me it's the best audi...
i haven't seen an audi un the US without a leather-topped trim. only thing different i've seen is like with my car, i opted for the extended leather package, so got the valcona leather which seems to be a little nicer than whatever the standard leather is. but yeah, leather seems to be standard...
TPMS, yes. I uses it every day to monitor tire pressure. I haven't seen an Audi that doesn't have TPMS in over 10 years, so all should have it -at least in the US.
VIM has never worked for me (22 s6). Tried several times and even got support from ODB11 to help, but was a no-go still for me. I...
i run 21's as well on my 22 s6. noise is good, comfort is totally fine, and ride quality is as good as anything else i've ever driven too. no issues with running 21's on these heavy cars.
ever find any specifics about your issue? i've got a 22 s6 with MIB-3 software/hardware and can't save favorites either. either via the car or the app.
I’ve made all kinds of changes using ODB11. The “built in” apps are great, because all you have to do is enable that feature and you don’t have to do any coding or anything like that.
I think I’m using anywhere from 10-15 “apps”/changes using the ODB tool.
I use the ODB11. It does almost everything I would want to do with the vehicle and plenty of things I hadn’t really thought about too.
It’s worked like a champ for me.
Right, but this new "app store" is just now being released and only in certain markets -as per the article I posted from Audi. I dunno, I guess we'll see. The tech guy at the dealership did say that MIB-3's are currently gen 3, and for 2023 vehicles at least it would still be a "MIB-3" system...
2022 s6...
Little things I've done to make it my own these first few months:
-custom Alcantara steering wheel and shift knob cover
-full carbon fiber cold air intake
-dropped down with air suspension lowering links from 034 Motorsports
-replaced chrome exhaust tips tips with Redtail Performance...
Anyone else a little peeved the new MMI "app store" isn't coming to 2022 models with the MIB-3 MMI system??
Apparently there is the current "gen 3" MIB-3 and only the "gen 4" MIB-3's will get the new app store in the MMI.
I read the article below and spoke to my local dealership (with a...
