After a most successful open day, we're not resting here at PB: we've added new products to the store.

Probably of most interest are the Eimann Fabrik Wheel Woolies: Eimann Fabrik Wheel Woolies - Eimann Fabrik Car Care & Detailing Products

This set of three wheel cleaning devices appear to be identical to those offered in the Detailing World Group Buy: but ours are cheaper.....:icon_thumright:

Ideal for safe wheel cleaning, the three sizes allow ease access to all parts of modern alloy wheels: the smaller gaps between spokes and the deep dished rim backs.

They went on the site yesterday and we've already sold some sets.

We've also altered our range of pads to take account of the new Lake Country pad line-up. The new range of Hydro-Tech pads (available in 140mm and 100mm sizes) Lake Country 140 mm Hydro-Tech Pads | Lake Country Car Care & Detailing Products are a non-reticulated foam, offering more cut and these will now be offered within our intermediate paint machine polishing kits. Pads within the hard and soft paint kits are unaffected.

The new pads are: Hydro-Tech Cutting (Cyan), Hydro-Tech Polishing (Tangerine) and Hydro-Tech Finishing (Crimson).

The existing Lake Country pads will now be known as Constant Pressure pads Lake Country 140 mm Constant Pressure Pads | Lake Country Car Care & Detailing Products and these are available in both 140mm and 100mm sizes and in three grades: light cut (orange), polishing (green) and glazing (black).

The Lake Country yellow pads are now known as Lake Country Ultimate Last Step Pads Lake Country Ultimate Last Step Pads - Lake Country Car Care & Detailing Products

Keep an eye for further new products being added to the store soon.

How are the Woolies fairing up in your details, John?

I've always worried about using this type of brush, purely due to a cheap version coming apart from the handle :(

We've tested them extensively and have had no issues whatsoever. So long as they're rinsed after use and allowed to stand to dry (which also allows the wool part to reform properly) they should be tough and reliable. The guys in the Studio are using them on a daily basis so they get quite a workout.

They seem really sturdy - we wouldn't sell them if we didn't use them ourselves and trust them!
