what does this dash light mean ?

these numbers seem to appear after a while of driving. 2:00 or 3:00 with a funny wee symbol after it. picture should be attached if its worked right. no mention of this in the owners manual that i can see. cheers

It mens it is cold outside
The snow flake shows between -5 and 5 degrees Celsius.

The number below, 2:00 usually flashes with the car has not stopped for more than 15 minutes with the engine off every 2 hours. Rest break time!

I think it's a warning of possible frost/ice. I keep having my brake light warning light come on (and beeps which is really annoying) even thought my brake lights all work. :s
