Well ive knuckled down and worked hard to earn decent money for my age .... im lucky but it can be done if you work hard enough.

I didn't go to Uni, I'm the youngest on the team and earning the same as lads 10-20 years older than me who went to uni. Mind you I wouldnt say this is the norm, combination of luck and graft.
Get £30k then 10% bonus, but can get upto 150% of the 10% depending on mine and the companies performance.
How old are you now? Company I work for is looking at bringing us in line with the rest of the industry as we are massively under paid compared to the rest of the market. The problem I have is there aren't any companies local that I could move to, would be looking at 200+ miles travel. Hopefully in 4-5 months I'll be on a comparable wage to yourself.
