Hi all.
Had my Avant 2.0TFSI SE around a month now and a handful of times on 1st startup i had a rattle from inside the engine bay that loud i could here it from in side the car. 1st time it did it i wasn't able to see where it was from as it stopped by the time i jumped out and looked under the hood.
I found the problem and its the Plastic nipple that comes from the vacuum generator. The nipple its self moves in and out a little and that was making the rattle noise. soon as i hold the pipe it stops and in only does it every now and then and only for around 2 mins if that and once it does stop its held in place by the vacuum and is harder to move in and out.
anyone else had this problem??
