US Center Console Group buy!

Hi Guys,

So going on from a thread i started a few months back for the USA version center console I have now managed to secure a good deal for all the parts.

Now as Boydie has gone and been our guinea pig and done the mod he has confirmed the following parts are needed:

000979227EA (x2) - Repair wire
000979023E (x1) - Repair wire
1J0919321 (x1) - 12v Socket
8P18632416PS (x1) - USA Centre Console
8P0863387G6PS (x1) - 12V supply, lighter and slot for Aux
8J0035475 (x1) - Aux
1J0972977G (x1) - Plug for Aux
8P1 898 173 6PS (x1) - Covers

Now Boydie confirmed that he paid around £160 ish for the complete install, Dave at Stoke says he can supply it all for £171 but i have managed to secure the deal for:

Total Kit Price @ £145

I can get these parts ordered as soon as I get 10 people put their names and money down for the parts and once i have received them i will personally ship them out to the respective addresses, I will have to confirm the postage prices with you guys later as i am not entirely sure how much it will come to as it would be a large parcel.
If anyone can suggest a good company that can do cheap deliveries that would be great so we can keep the prices down.

You will need wiring as well for the AUX to the plug.

Is that a specific repair wire or just extra wire from halfords/maplins?

You could probably just use normal wiring, I haven't actually wired mine up yet. No need for it to be honest as I have the iPod dock.

I will try and see if I can order in all 3 different covers with the cig lighters to see which one does not have the aux, maybe then I can knock the price down a little since we won't have the aux parts either??

I could be interested in this also I wouldn't need aux as have iPod connection.

i will look into the alternative cover without the AUX port
