    As far as I know the only time the rear haldex will ever see 100% of engine torque is if the front wheels have zero grip. Not likely and not going to occur very often. I wonder how many of these failures have occurred on cars using lots of launch control and potentially been remapped. The torque capacity of the existing rear haldex doesn't seem to be an issue for a standard car but there may be some kind of quality control issue here.
