Tiny bit of lacker/lacquer peel (preventative measures)

So I took my S3 back to Audi as it’s under its approved used warrantee still, they sent me to their repairs folk to have a look.

Unfortunately the panel it’s on has already had a repair job done (paint on that panel twice the depth as the other) so they won’t do the work.

Is there anything I can do? It’s smaller than a 5 pence piece so visually not really a problem for me... but I’m worried waters going to get Under it, then it spreads.

Anything I can do?
