Thoughts on Tyres : Old question, any new answers ?

Running standard size rims , used a few set's of Conti spots contact up-to now
local Tyre shop fits , what he refers to as 'audi specified tyre' not had any issues with them
other than it's time for a new set , would appear , the fronts have out lived the rears,
rather rear wheel drive like, even down to slight tread block feathering ..
..novel as the car predominately front wheel drive

Thoughts , experiences , wont do that again etc ?

Spring and summer NS2R ?

I’m currently running Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5’s pretty grippy in wet and dry, low road noise but to be fair with my car I don’t hear road noise over the exhaust haha.... the asymmetric 5’s have much more pronounced rim protection than the other Eagle F1’s.

I’ll probably get another set of alloys with R888’s or similar for summer, track days.
