Steering wheel with audio controls.

Hi guys, I'm new to the site. I've had my A4 Tdi 130 SE for about 18 month and the interior has always let it down as it was the grey interior with wood veneer trim panels. I've since sourced a black carpet and dash top with are now fitted and I have a few odd bits and pieces of trim. I can get the rest at a later date but the thing I want sorted right away is the steering wheel. So I can reset the column position so the traction control functions again.....the thing is, I can't find one the same in black. Mine has the audio controls which I'd like to keep and I've not found one like it anywhere. Would I be able to swap these over onto another steering wheel or would I need one with them already fitted?

The air bag is different with and without the audio controls. I however have a black 4 spoke steering wheel with audio controls that i was planning on selling.
