Stage 2 or custom map?

Looking to get my 1.8tfsi remapped ive got a cat back, downpipe decat and high flow intake looking to get as much gains as possible and wondered if stage 2 or a custom map would be better?

Now I'd say go to Rick at Unicorn if you want the best.

Well My thoughts are stage 2 is a custom map to work with extra modifications to your car.
