Springs and spacers

What are everyone using and recommending

I have always used eibech

never used spacers but would like to give a little more width

H&R springs and 15mm front spacers and 20mm tears and longer bolts to suit.

Eibach sports. Yet to try spacers as have 8.5j et 45 but might go 5 mm rear so I’m interested in this thread
