Help Please Set Button

Am I missing something... when I press the SET button on the dash, nothing happens as per the instruction manual?

I’m sat in my car now waiting of kids, if I press the set button I get the following



Then if the ignition is on it goes through various checks

Yeah, that’s what I was hoping mine would do.
I’ve just bought the car and was concerned about the number of keys coded to it, which is the L2 3/3 on the bottom right, but if I press the button, nothing happens.

Very strange, assume you’re sat with ignition on then pressing the button? Doesn’t work if you’re driving the car

SOLVED: This function won’t work if there’s a warning in place, in my case the “refuel” warning was on... all good now

Glad you got it sorted mate, out of interest did it have the correct number of keys assigned?

It states there are three, but I only have the two main fobs and the plastic fob in the glovebox, however the emergency key isn’t present. I’ve asked the trade supplier if he could ask the previous owner and personal friend of his, so we’ll see if it materialises.
