S5 Brake disc options

Afternoon guys,

I recently bought an S5 (2014), which I find a great all rounder. The only thing that appears to let it down is the brakes. I recently went a bit hard on them, and think i've warped the discs slightly.

Are there any alternative / obvious options I should look at? I'm not looking to change a lot, and wondering if I can get away with just replacing the discs. That said, the calipers are looking at bit shoddy due to age.

EBC Disc's and a decent pads all round, maybe give the callipers an overhaul, or just a good clean.

The black is only a coating, I only purchased rear disc's and the coating was off within 50 miles. Disc's are silver now.
