S3 power steering pipe

Hi just seeing if anybody has done a power steering pipe that goes across the front of the car, been priced up 3 pipes by my garage said the one I need is £75 and the other 2 are £120 and £130 he said they will probably be seized up so will need them all. Any help would be great thanks

Id go to a hydraulics place with your old one and get them to make something up.
