S3 DV correct way to be fitted ?

Hi all
Could anybody please tell me which way round the dv should be fitted in the pipe work , currently the bottom of my DV is fitted into the pipe that comes from the charge pipe and the side of the DV is fitted into the tip is this correct or should it be the other way round ?

Yep, other way.
You currently have boost acting on the diaphragm/piston opening it.

that would be reversed dude... opposite to OE

nipple pointing up, you can reverse them but it sounds stupid
