Retrofit S6 steering wheel buttons in A4 B7 Cab

Hey, I've just had an S6 wheel fitted in my A4 B7 Cab with new round style airbag, all looking great and working, except the buttons. The buttons on the new wheel are the new style with star button etc. What do I need to get to make at least the Volume / Mode, next / prev track buttons working? (I know the 'extra' buttons won't function but that's fine.

Do I need a new set of buttons? If so does anyone know what part number, and what else I'd need to get them working in this car in this wheel. Would it be a straight swap / plug and play and still have the nice chrome surround like ones currently installed?

Wont work, the button array needs to be the other version & wiring changes needed.

We can resolve this but would need another wheel or button array.
