Removal and refit of front wings

Hi guys,

I have a mark on my wing from where some kind sod dragged a bag of bricks over the bonnet. Well that's what it looks like anyway!!

Anyhoo, bonnet is polishable, wing needs replacing or respraying. How easy is it to remove and refit?
