Recently bought a Q5 2.0 TDI , it’s a fantastic car, but we found that it needed some attention.
The problem is the work being done on it is providing sub standard results (e.g. tracking now out, oil leaking), and there ignoring other repairs (likely due to cost).
Has anyone in the past few months had issues with their new used car and had to hold the company that sold the car to them accountable.
I just want to know what are the next steps should they turn round and say there no longer fixing the problem.
