Hi

I need/want to replace the wiper motor on my avant ... Assuming the washer hose has leaked and damaged it ...

Any tips? Can I stop the same damage happening again?

What's a good price for the motor, thinking of going for a used one and I have just had to fork out for a rear Spring

Cheers

Aidan

Invest in this tool as it makes removing that pesky boot panel/trim a doddle. It's also useful in removing many other interior panels/trims too. Expensive mind, £20 ish if I remember correctly

I paid about £110 for genuine Audi motor but sure you can get a good aftermarket one for half that that's just as good. Not entirely sure why I didn't go aftermarket myself. As for the leak, it's a known issue, I'm sure modifications have been made to solve this on newer motors?
