Rear led's upgrade

Hi,Was going to change to the led's for the rear of my car.
Do I have to get them programmed to the car?
59 plate a4 b8 estate.

You will need to get them coded. But its a much better look than the standard filament lights

I have a set available although the outer N/S is cracked, the other 3 are mint
