Q7 - 2015 Boot Not staying open

Hey guys,

Ive got a 2015 3.0 TDI Q7 and the rear boot lid will not stay open!!!

Has anyone come across this as 1 garage ive taken it to is saying its the motors for the hatch and not the shocks - their is no fault codes showing up..

Ideally you need to do some tests on sensors with diagnostics to see what they're measuring, see if it's recognising stop points & open etc, as motors appear to be ok & they're working either at fine.

When trying to set a new Height value this does work however it behaves the same - reaches new height the closes..
