Passenger Wiper Blade

daft question but does everyone's passenger wiper blade make contact threw the window at all times?

In the corner of the passenger blade it rises 3/4 inches before it starts to clear any one else notice this or am I the only ocd in

In the past this non wiping area was hidden by the tax disc, so not many people noticed.

It's kinda annoying, does seem strange for Audi to design and leave the wipers like that when it's so obvious

Fairly typical since the take up of beam blades rather than the whiffletree type.
