Hi,
I've been running my A4 for 55,000 miles with the inlet manifol swirl flap codes, resetting every 1,000 miles or so cos Audi want to charge £1,500 for what's really a non-issue.
Every service they mention it, and every time I say, nah.
This time I reset the codes before service and oddly, they haven't come back yet in the last 200 miles. They usually come up again much more quickly. This is ironic because I have the car booked into a specialist to finally fix the problem!
I've checked and I'm pretty sure that they haven't secretly changed the inlet manifolds.
One of two things have happened:
Anyone have any thoughts on the issue?
Thanks.

One of two things have happened:
- The codes just haven't come yet during normal driving
- The dealer has done a code delete from my ECU (no just a reset).
Anyone have any thoughts on the issue?
Thanks.
