Hi guys.
I've just taken delivery of a 2007 A3 1.6 and look forward to learning more about the car via the collective wisdom of the Audi-sport family of experts. Eventually, I would like to become knowledgeable enough to contribute myself and help others with any problems I have myself experienced.
This is not our first Audi.
My wife has a shiny recent (2014) A3 cabriolet 1.4 tfsi. I will not be touching that - it scares me to death.
So I've acquired an older car that I will feel comfortable working on. I already have a number of issues (noisy clutch release bearing, whining fuel pump and the dreaded steering assist fault) so I look forward to any words of wisdom you guys can put my way.
