i guess its worth it in the sense that it reduces the risk of having any vac leaks in the n249 pipe work; it also cleans up the top of the engine. No 'go faster gains' to be had from it though
safe, yeah - just leave the N249 valve electrically connected
personally I wouldn't bother unless you have a leak there - in which case bin off and simplify it all
Done mine followed the thread on here very detailed and very simple bay looks better and also much easier for changing plugs and coil packs and as above 1 less thing to leak as has a lot of pipes on it
