Moisture in facelift headlight A5

Need help. Changed my headlights over to european and the light casing itself Was leaking so drenched the Ballast I dried the Ballast out and changed back to my uk lights but the moisture is starting to come back already can this be caused by the Ballast or does any have a clue what to look at before I go crazy.

Still has water or bad seal, put in airing cupboard over night face up so any water drains away from the lense or it'll leave stains when drying.

The dealer fix is hairdryer it dry.
