Aha yeah its like being at school, "my pipe's better than yours" lol

Hate to say it the MK hose just doesn't look right to me. the bend does look quiet strong rather than the gradual one of revo. But over the matter of 1-2bhp does it really matter? but the main purpose of the pipe was to stop it collapsing. which both will do. One will just give slightly better air flow than the other.

Just to put this debate to bed. There is nothing wrong with the MK Hose, for those that don't know my car was with Awesome GTI/ APR and they have confirmed that the air flow through the pipe is more than sufficient. Remember it's not allows about how things look.

i think they look different because the cheapo is basically a straight 45 degree reducer the revo has been made to fit / suit the application
