Minor car prang - anyone had any similar experience

I had a friend who had a Morris Minor and pranged it does this count as a minor prang.

My dad once forgot his landrover was parked on their drive and reversed my mums car into it. I don't think they got the Police or insurance involved though lol

If the insurance company doesn't help it will have to be the small claims court that will need to be involved, then evidence of the recording could be used. I don't know why some are saying in here that the person being recorded must know first because newspapers do it all the time when they want to 'sting' somebody. There are other examples where this isn't the case too...

Ah yes the media... that bastion of moral behaviour and doing things by the law!
