Hi I want to change my headlights that have the horrible orange-ish side lights..I have an Audi A4 2008(b8) 1.8 TFSI and really want to get the headlights with the led in them..does anyone know if there are any good aftermarket ones i can get or if i get a set of used ones what would i need? I have messaged a few aftermarket lights i have seen on ebay but soon i say i have halogen lights and dont have daytime running lights they all say no they are no good for my car..has anyone else got the same model of car as mine and done the upgrade? Thanks

You can upgrade to the S-line headlights, plenty of people have done this however it's not cheap. Even using second hand headlights. You need a different wiring loom which you can get from places like Kufatec.
You can change the standard sidelights to high power white LED bulbs which makes them a lot better.
Have a look at my build thread the link is in my signature. Several other people have changed the sidelight bulbs too.

The adaptor cables from Kufatec

You just need the headlights and access to Vag-com to make the coding changes to the car.
This is where it gets expensive.
Kufatec do a complete kit including new lights for £1900

Second hand sets of headlights are typically around £500. I have seen some cheaper but quite often they have issues or problems.
Have a look on E-bay.
Do a search on Google there are loads of threads with information not necessarily on this site

I converted my Halogen headlights to Bi-xenon using a replacement HID projector and replaced the DRL bulbs with LED'S .At better and a lot cheaper than a full upgrade.

Thanks for your help Desertstorm i think it will be either second hand or retro fit light as £1900 is way to much i would be better getting a newer car lol
