Knocking noise when steering

Hello all, recently got my 2015 Audi S3 sedan about a week ago. I drive it in dynamic and I've noticed I can hear and feel a knock noise when I turn the steering wheel sometimes. Only when the vehicle is moving, and not everytime I turn. Managed to get a video if you can hear the knock when I turn to the right. Any ideas of what this could be?
