How to reset the clock on the instrument pack below rpm counter on a 2000plate S3?

hmm iirc you either pull the knob out and turn it to the right or push the knob in and turn to the right, ive done it loads of times but cant remember, i normal try and if that fails try the other way lol

It is pull it outwards then turn.
