I can only find the threads for the manual key.
Tried pressing the start/stop button without my foot on the brake and then flicking the wiper stalk down, but get nothing.

    Please help!

    Thanks

There should be an option in the MMI

This VCDS coding adds the option to the MMI :-

    1. Control Module 09 - Central Electronics
    2. Adaptation - 10
    3. Channel = (13) Windshield wiper-Menuesteuerung Frontwischer
    4. Set to = Active

    Advanced key make no difference.

Like Audi say, on/off, then hold in down position for 2-3secs!

I had that problem at first until I realised that I wasn't holding down long enough

i tried this the other day, and it didn't work.
i got slightly annoyed with it.

maybe ill try to hold it down a little longer.
I've always been used to just pressing it down once.

Open car, get in, ignition on to light up the dash (without starting), switch off, immediately pull stalk down, count 1000-2000-3000 and up they'll pop :)
