I got a letter from the Bank exactly like that, they were using up all the old stamps they found in the cupboard.

Well, it was posted out yesterday 1st class, and in between all the stamps is a 2nd class stamp, which is amusing.

I worked it out to be around a quid in postage fees to send 12 sheets of A4 paper in an envelope!
