Yesterday car oil pressure came on screen after been stuck in traffic for.20 mins ... I stopped and let it cool down. Called breakdown company RAC. They found that there was no 50amp fuse in for the fans?!. They put one in. Plugged in laptop .. P1063 code ... And now car does not rev above 3000revs . Other car drives mint before this is.. Pls see ATTACHED report

Are you sure it wasn't the water temp rather than oil??
Looks like your issue could be either the fuel pressure or camshaft faults. They both need further investigation. Did he try clearing these before he left?
How long have you had the car? You have to ask why the previous owner removed the 50A fuse!
