Headlining S4 B6 Avant

Hi, my headlining in car is sagging, got someone to try and fix but unsuccessful. Can anyone help me to either trace a replacement or how to repair it myself if possible. Brand new one is far to expensive. I'm based in Scotland and don't know where to turn.
