Headlight washer issue

As you can see in the picture, I'm missing the 'ball' type washer jet from one of my dual headlight washers.
Does anyone know if it can be bought as an individual part, or if I need to buy a complete unit (what is it's name/part number?).
If it makes a difference, this is the drivers side (UK car).

I’ve done a quick search and it’s only turned up complete units, varying in price from £20-90

I think the L/H side is the cheapest, and the R/H (one I need) is most expensive.

I've gone down the cheapskate route and bunged up the hole in the hope of pressurising the other side enough that it works.
if that fails then I'll have to replace it.
