Gearbox and rear diff oil change

Good afternoon i have a 2015 audi s4, wanting to do a gearbox and rear diff oil change, anyone know what oils i need??

I took my A4 Quattro s-tronic to VW and they charged £200 and said it has to be changed at a set temp a computer controlled pumped in and it used 2 types of oil

rear diff is easy diy and takes 1l of oil i think, cost of max £20
