I want to install one of these on my car and I'm just wondering if this is the easiest/correct way to do it...
Do i simply cut the wire at the rear of the fusebox going to/coming from the fuel pump fuse, extend both wires and add them to a 2 prong rocker switch?

Security. Ive seen other people do it like this. It only runs on a 20amp fuse. Surely a 25 amp switch could handle it?

No i just mean if someone managed to get my keys. No alarm disklok or any other type of security will stop them if they have the keys. So i wanted to do a fuel kill switch and hide it. Wont start then.
All i want to know is if i can put a 25a switch on the fuel pump wire coming from the fuse.

If you can get the clocks to turn on, (as in you would with the key, preheat ) snap n cap or slidhammer the ignition you can get them away
on immo1, and immo2!! in fact i'd add a kill switch to any of my cars , as with an item anyone can buy from the net you can get just about any motor away!!!

I would tap into the circuit that feeds the fuel pump relay.

Its low current and would kill all the injectors, pump, etc together.

Saves running meaty wires around the car.
