forge 007p spring change?

i have just recieved a forge 007p dv and i have no idea how to fit the spring?

U unscrew the top and pop it in then do it back up..

Easy as that..

It would depend on what car and also what boost you were running but it would most likely be the yellow spring.

Any notable differences between the green spring?.
I have just ordered my yellow spring (from s3bam ) and wondering what if ill see any improvement/ better hold on boost etc.

yeah there isnt too much i feel a little bit more boost in the higher revs

Big thanks to Pete (S3BAM) for my spring.
I Just fitted it - Literally takes 5 minutes.
Take the DV off
I clamped the top in a vice with some rag around it so not to damage the adonised finish
Unscrew lid,
Remove old spring
Smear some of the red grease round the plunger
Refit in reverse order

Just about to go for a little drive check it out.
